The new families for children from Kharkiv region

We’ve got an incredible time of kindness in Ukraine nowadays.

One of the last situations is connected to 9 children from an orphanage in the city of Izum, Kharkiv region. They were lucky to escape to one of the shelters near Dnipro, which was organized by the Charity Foundation “We help”. Then it was necessary during the day to divide children who overcame a lot: shootings and difficult evacuation.

3 family-type orphanages and 1 foster family accepted children from Izum. They had their own 10 children, but they took additional 2-3 kids in their families. All the kids are in the Solonyanskiy region. They’re in peace and quiet and in comfortable conditions.

The Foundation «Giving Joy» was also helping in this situation. We gave out food, hygiene products and stationery for anti stress leisure activities for all these families. Polina is from the orphanage in Izum, who lives in a family-type orphanage now and in the big Orlenko family.

We’re going to support these families and refugee children further.
