ONLINE TRAINING FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Currently, the foundation offers individual psychologist consultations, group trainings, a "psychologist's office for parents," master classes, coaching sessions, and even team meetings online. Just a few years ago, we could not have imagined that the online format would give us such freedom of activity.

Children and teenagers of different ages can join classes from anywhere in the world. Also, they do not need to allocate more time than the training itself, because they connect from a smartphone or computer right at the beginning of the training, and after completing it, they can immediately return to their own activities.

Every day we have online events for different age groups. We are open to new participants. If you want to join - write to us.

Svitlana Filipova, a psychologist and foundation trainer, tells about one of the latest trainings for the most adult participants on the topic "Specifics of personality development":

"Boys and girls asked a lot of questions to understand themselves better. Together, we considered practical recommendations for the transformation of anger and aggression and getting out of states that may precede a depressive disorder. Even after the training, we stay in touch with all participants. If they have any questions, they can write them in our chat and get answers or support.”

Such trainings are vital now, as during them children and teenagers, surrounded by their peers and like-minded people, go through important processes to stabilize their emotional state. At the same time, they develop self-confidence, learn to recognize manipulative actions, learn self-regulation approaches, etc.
